That boundary matters for trust. The public page can explain the purpose, but the sensitive evidence should stay inside the user's workflow.

What to do before the next follow-up

Write the issue in one sentence, attach the clearest photos, list each date you contacted someone, and decide the next follow-up date.

Even if you use a simple folder or notes app, the structure makes the conversation calmer because you are not rebuilding the story every time.
